Does Wordsmith train on the context we input?

No. Wordsmith never trains on the data you provide. Your documents remain private and secure.

Can I draft multiple documents at once?

Yes it is possible to set up a workspace which can draft multiple related Blueprints from the same source documentation, for example rolling out new share options documentation from one excel of share details.

How do I find a Blueprint?

You can access Blueprints in two ways. Login to Wordsmith AI and navigate to the command centre, in here click on Blueprints and select the drop down between your existing selection or our pre-made bundles. Alternatively you can navigate to the Blueprint library on the main navigation.

What type of Blueprints are supported?

Our team of legal experts have been hard at work preparing ready to use Blueprints across Employment, Data Protection and CoSec. Across these three bundles are 20 different Blueprints covering Companies House forms, employment tribunal documents and data risk assessments.

How do I create my own Blueprint?

Upload one of your team’ regular documents (like a contract) with placeholders in square brackets. Wordsmith automatically detects variables and drafts prompts for each one. You can then refine these by adding logic or dropdown options, for example setting ‘Governing Law’ to change wording based on office location. Once saved, your Blueprint lets the team generate complete, reliable documents from just a few inputs (like name, role, and location), with Wordsmith handling the rest automatically.

Are Blueprints the same as templates?

Not exactly. While templates rely on basic find and replace, Blueprints go further. Wordsmith applies legal reasoning to handle the rest of the document, automatically adapting clauses, language, logic and format.

Can anyone in my business access Blueprints?

Blueprints have been built stored in a central registry where administrators can set granular permissions and ensure the right Blueprints reach the right users while maintaining security and compliance standards. Your team can browse, search, and access Blueprints from a unified location.

How do I populate a Blueprint?

If you are in Wordsmith on web, navigate to Blueprints on the side panel, select a Blueprint from either one of your own or one of our pre-made Blueprints. Start prompting by using either voice command, or by uploading documents from your files. You can also draft a document via email, simply email assistant@wordsmith.ai and ask it to select your chosen Blueprint, this is an important step. Add in the information in the email such as a chain or relevant documents and Wordsmith Blueprints will return the drafted document back to you via email. Diversity & Inclusion
