Wordsmith checks agreements against your team's negotiating standards, flags clauses that fall outside agreed positions and suggests alternative wording from your playbooks.

If a supplier's limitation of liability clause exceeds your agreed limit, for example, Wordsmith can identify the issue and propose your approved fallback language. You can then review the suggestion and decide whether it works for the negotiation.

Apply redlines directly in Google Docs.

Apply suggested amendments directly in Google Docs, with tracked changes and comments available for negotiations. As negotiations progress, you can revise the proposed wording or choose an alternative fallback position without having to run the review again.

Draft and rewrite legal language.

Draft new clauses or refine existing wording using your agreement's context and your team's approved language. Wordsmith helps you develop language that fits the contract without starting from scratch.

Questions often come up as you work through an agreement. You might want to understand a particular clause or check how it affects another provision.
