Your documents remain private and secure. The quality of reviews comes from Playbooks, which let you define exactly what risks to flag and what positions to take. Can I review multiple documents at once? Yes. You can upload a ZIP file containing multiple contracts, and Wordsmith will analyze them together. This is for analysis only (not AI redlines), so you’ll get a combined overview of issues and risks across all documents. Can Wordsmith perform reviews in different languages? Yes. How can I collaborate with someone on a Playbook/ can someone else edit a playbook I created? To collaborate directly (two people at once) on a playbook, both users need to be Wordsmith Admins. If the other user is not a wordsmith admin, you cannot collaborate at the same time. To edit, they should ‘duplicate’ the playbook. How do I review online terms? Or a link to terms hosted online? You can use the First Pass feature in Wordsmith to review terms hosted online. You simply drop the link to the terms into Wordsmith [Chat](https://app.wordsmith.ai/chat) feature and the AI will start the review process. Can someone see the reviews I have performed? Only admins on your account can see all reviews performed by the AI. For playbooks, permissions work slightly differently: private playbooks can only be used and viewed by you, while organisation playbooks are visible and usable by everyone in your team. Individual review permissions work the same way as sharing a chat, allowing you to control who has access to each review.
