Click “Get It Now”
Log in with your Microsoft account if prompted
The add-in will automatically appear in your Word ribbon under “Home” → “Add-ins”

Open any Word document
Click on “Insert” → “Get Add-ins”
Search for “Wordsmith AI”
Click “Add”
The Wordsmith AI panel will open on the right side of your document
Log in with your Wordsmith AI account

A sidebar will open—click “Sign in”
Enter your Wordsmith AI credentials
You’re in! You can now:

If your organisation uses centralised IT controls, you may need to:
Request approval from your Microsoft 365 administrator
Ask IT to deploy the add-in via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
